My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were warm despite the temperature being at 70 degrees, and there weren't enough USB plug-ins. The service, though, was top-notch. However, the rooms were a bit messy, with no tray in the microwave, and there seemed to be some dampness, possibly due to the AC. Overall, the service was excellent.

Although the hotel is situated in a scary part of town, my experience was mixed. The room wasn't the cleanest and had a damp smell presumably due to the air conditioning. The check-in process, plagued by a lack of staff and signage, was frustrating, requiring me to go to another hotel to check in, but the service turned out to be surprisingly helpful. However, the hotel seemed to have a policy of removing guests they couldn't take advantage of, and I was mistakenly charged twice for my room.
